My journey began over 33 years ago with a simple obsession: to understand how money, business, and property really work. I was young, ambitious, and determined to master the mechanics behind wealth creation — not in theory, but in the real world.

After a year travelling, I trained as a Financial Adviser. What started as a career quickly became a calling. Helping people grow, protect, and structure their wealth wasn’t just about numbers — it was about decisions, confidence, and long-term thinking.

For the next 13 years, I thrived in corporate advisory, working closely with business owners and entrepreneurs. During that time, I developed deep expertise across strategy, leadership, sales, and marketing, advising founders, CEOs, professional athletes, media personalities, medical professionals, and high-profile individuals across multiple sectors.

But advisory work at that level is rarely just technical. I found myself stepping in during divorces, family business disputes, and moments of real crisis — where money, power, and emotion collide. I worked alongside leading lawyers, helping mediate complex financial settlements and guide families through situations that could easily have fractured relationships permanently.

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: advisor, strategist, mediator, confidant — and occasionally even an agony aunt. Experience teaches you that success leaves clues, but resilience leaves wisdom.

One of my defining professional chapters was helping build a global financial services business from the ground up. What began with four people in a small serviced office grew into an organisation of 2,300 staff across 81 offices worldwide, achieving a £232 million market capitalisation on the London Stock Exchange (equivalent to roughly £500 million today).

In 2002, I co-founded an overseas property development business. By 2008, we were operating across four continents, with land holdings exceeding $400 million and a gross development value of $1.6 billion. Along the way, I negotiated directly with heads of state, political leaders, and senior decision-makers across multiple countries.

During this period, I also secured sponsorship agreements with elite sporting figures, including Zara Phillips and England rugby captain Martin Johnson, alongside leading names from international rugby, cricket, and equestrian sport — experiences that reinforced the importance of brand, trust, and alignment at the highest levels.

I later took the stage at Tony Robbins’ Financial Mastery event in Hawaii, sharing investment insights with a UK audience of entrepreneurs and investors — a defining moment that reflected decades of experience distilled into practical guidance.

Following that, I was invited to present property development strategies at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, speaking to major U.S. pension funds representing more than $3 trillion in capital.

Today, everything I do draws from that journey. I work with founder-led businesses that want clarity, confidence, and capital — helping them position themselves properly, think strategically, and engage investors from a place of strength rather than hope.
